Astil Hotel Juso Precious

The breakfast was really nice especially the small Udon cups. The shower was small, but had a little window to the room, so that you could also use it as a little Karaoke box ;o). It´s in the city center, so there are many things to see in the area.

Great spot. Sauna and onsen really good. Breakfast curry smelt amazing but I didn’t catch it. Lots of good food around that’s not on google. Hit the gyoza izakiya around the corner in the mall as well as 2 good takoyaki spots and then there some great places over near the station which is less than 5 min walk. Ever dependable cocoichi and sukiya both also close by for your respective late night food and then post late night breakfast. 3 min train to Osaka/Umeda. A few hostess bars close by and a couple of colourful characters around at night but not too bad.

Hotel stay were very friendly & willing to help with a great attitude! They didn't charge us for helping us make a phone call to the lost & found at JR station while the APA chain in Tokyo that we went to afterwards would only help after an extra charge (1,000 yen to make a phone call for a taxi!)

we loved the area. close to the station, easy to get to Osaka proper. great coffee pod machines in room. loads of great places to eat in the little lanes that surrounded the hotel. And a bus stop right at the doorstep.

The onsen was lovely, the bed and pillows were very comfortable (and they offer a variety of pillows if you dont like the one you have). Everything was clean and the staff were friendly.
